Return Process

  Pack Securely

  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and place them securely in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to A+S

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our Melbourne warehouse using a trackable postage method.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
